RELATED PROJECTS

PANELFIT

PANELFIT (Participatory Approaches to a New Ethical and Legal Framework for ICT) aims to facilitate the processes of adaptation to new technical possibilities and legal frameworks with a set of editable, openly accessible guidelines.

FED4FIRE

Fed4FIRE+ is a project under the European Union’s Programme Horizon 2020, offering the largest federation worldwide of Next Generation Internet (NGI) testbeds, which provide open, accessible and reliable facilities supporting a wide variety of different research and innovation communities and initiatives in Europe, including the 5G PPP projects and initiatives.

BPR4GDPR

The goal of BPR4GDPR (Business Process Re-engineering and functional toolkit for GDPR compliance) is to provide a holistic framework able to support end-to-end GDPR-compliant intra- and interorganisational ICT-enabled processes at various scales, while also being generic enough, fulfilling operational requirements covering diverse application domains.

SPEAR

SPEAR aims at detecting and responding to cyber-attacks using new technologies and capabilities, detecting threat and anomalies timely, developing all-in-one security detection solutions, leveraging advanced forensics subject to privacy-preserving, confronting Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) and targeted attacks in smart grids, increasing the resilience of the smart grid innovation, alleviating the lack of trust in smart grid operators and empowering EU-wide consensus.

ASTRID

ASTRID seeks novel cyber-security frameworks for improving situational awareness of virtualised services, including both each single component (i.e., each specific micro-service or virtual function) as well as the service as a whole (i.e., the entire service graph), and facilitating (possibly automating) the detection and reaction to sophisticated cyber-attacks. Specific challenge will be the ability to detect vulnerabilities, threats and attacks not only from the canonical input/output channel of the services, but also internally to the service.

MATILDA

The vision of MATILDA is to design and implement a holistic 5G end-to-end services operational framework tackling the lifecycle of design, development and orchestration of 5G-ready applications and 5G network services over programmable infrastructure, following a unified programmability model and a set of control abstractions.

MICRO-ROS

MICRO-Ros aims to enable European companies to rapidly deliver robotic products integrating highly resource-constrained devices, to contribute to the faster growth of a competitive industry of small robots and robot components manufacturers. Micro-ROS bridges the technological gap between the established robotic software platform for high-performance computational devices and the low-level libraries for microcontrollers.

C4IIOT

C4IIOT will design, build and demonstrate a novel and unified Cybersecurity 4.0 framework that implements an innovative IoT architecture paradigm to provide an end-to-end holistic and disruptive security-enabling solution for minimizing the attack surfaces in Industrial IoT systems.

CONCORDIA

Cyber Security Competence for Research and Innovation CONCORDIA provides excellence and leadership in technology, processes and services to establish an user-centric EU-integrated cyber security ecosystem for digital sovereignty in Europe.

UNICORN

UNICORN is Horizon 2020 research and innovation project which aims to facilitate the design and deployment of cloud applications and services and improve developers’ productivity by reducing cloud application design time via code annotations and blueprints for security.

BOOST 4.0

Boost 4.0, starting 1st January 2018 and with a duration of 3 years, is the biggest European initiative in Big Data for Industry 4.0. With a 20M€ budget and leveraging 100M€ of private investment, Boost 4.0 will lead the construction of the European Industrial Data Space to improve the competitiveness of Industry 4.0 and will guide the European manufacturing industry in the introduction of Big Data in the factory, providing the industrial sector with the necessary tools to obtain the maximum benefit of Big Data.

CyberSANE

CyberSANE aims to enhance the security and resilience of Critical Information Infrastructures (CIIs) by providing a dynamic collaborative, warning and response system supporting and guiding security officers and operators (e.g. Incident Response professionals) to recognize, identify, dynamically analyze, forecast, treat and respond to advanced persistent threats (APTs) and handle their daily cyber incidents utilizing and combining both structured data (e.g. logs and network traffic) and unstructured data (e.g. data coming from social networks and dark web).

FORESIGHT

The FORESIGHT project aims to develop a federated cyber-range solution to enhance the preparedness of cybersecurity professionals at all levels and advance their skills towards preventing, detecting, reacting and mitigating sophisticated cyber-attacks. This is achieved by delivering an ecosystem of networked realistic training and simulation platforms that collaboratively bring unique cyber-security aspects from the aviation, smart grid and naval domains.
