Few retailers have developed a “culture” of data analysis, and current solutions fall in one of these categories: they are tools stuck in a pre-digital era; or they are trying to speak to IT or security people; or are products way too complicated to really provide insights to physical retailers’ needs. Our simple solution comes at the right time in the market, when people in retail are aware there is a data gap with online, and have been experimenting with mixed success other IoT platforms.
